Data Deletion Instructions

Use these instructions to revoke Meta access or request deletion of information associated with your EzContentPoster account.

Disconnect Facebook and Instagram

  1. Open Facebook and go to your account settings.
  2. Find Business Integrations (the exact menu location may vary), select EzContentPoster, and remove its access.
  3. Review the connected Facebook Page and Instagram account to confirm that EzContentPoster no longer appears as an authorized integration.

Revoking access stops EzContentPoster from making future Meta API requests. It does not, by itself, guarantee deletion of information already stored by EzContentPoster. Complete the request below if you also want our stored data deleted.

Request deletion from EzContentPoster

  1. Email reachout@ezcontentposter.com with the subject EzContentPoster Data Deletion Request.
  2. Send the request from the email address associated with your EzContentPoster account. Include the connected Facebook Page name and Instagram username if available; do not send passwords or access tokens.
  3. We may ask for additional information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or authority over the account.

After verification, we will begin deletion promptly and ordinarily complete removal from active EzContentPoster systems within 30 days. We will confirm when the request has been completed or explain if limited information must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

What the request covers

A verified account-deletion request covers, where applicable:

  • your EzContentPoster profile and business settings;
  • encrypted Meta access tokens and connected-account identifiers;
  • private original uploads and publish-ready image derivatives;
  • queued posts, scheduling details, generated captions, and hashtags;
  • imported caption and engagement history; and
  • stored publishing results and error records.

Residual copies may remain in protected backups for a limited period until those backups are overwritten. Information that has been anonymized so it no longer identifies you may also be retained.

Content already published to Meta

Deleting EzContentPoster data does not automatically remove posts already published to Facebook or Instagram. Manage or delete those posts directly through the relevant Facebook Page or Instagram account. Meta retains and processes that content under its own terms and policies.
